Freestyle Breathing Technique,

is difficult for most beginners.

For many this is completely new, because breathing is an activity everyone does without thought.

In freestyle swimming, the breathing frequency is limited, as you can only breath in a certain moment in the stroke.

In this short course of  Freestyle Breathing Technique, you find drills to improve your breathing.

 

Breathing drills:

In this course you will start with breathing drills to help you find a comfortable and efficient breathing pattern in your Freestyle.

By integrating these patterns into your Freestyle, you will feel more confident in the water and be able to swim longer distances with ease.

  1. Great Insights and drills

    I was struggling with my breathing from the start actually, this course really gave me the insight that my exhale pattern was lagging, creating an hyperventilation mode, which left me out of breath after 50m.. Some drills were known to me, but I did not perform correctly. Very happy with the improvement!

    Door een slechte ervaring vroeger met zwemles, is het ademen in het water voor mij uitdagend. Maar met deze goede oefeningen weet ik nu waar ik op moet letten en voelt het een stuk comfortabeler. Goede stap voor stap opbouw.
