Why do my legs sink when swimming freestyle?
The freestyle kick is probably the most questioned and debated part of the freestyle. The reason for this is energy expenditure. If you do not have a efficient kicking technique , it will not help you, but work against you. At the same time, the kick will cost you much energy and you be out of breath more quickly. In this freestyle kick course, you will find freestyle kick drills.
You will develop knowledge of the reasons why the freestyle kick is holding you back, develop feel for these kicking technique errors, so you can notice and correct them during your swimming and regulate the intenstity of the kick to develop the kick into an efficient and more effective contributor in your swimstroke.
With an efficient kicking technique, your armstroke will be more balanced and controlled, which in it’s turn is a foundation for more effective propulsion. Learn more about this in this freestyle kick course or in our course Freestyle basics 1

Goede cursus !
Wow, another huge step in my swimming efficiency
After following the breathing course, I was curious what the kicking course would bring me.. And I am not dissapointed!!
It took some practice, but now I master the 6 beat kick! I was clearly overkicking before. It’s a huge energy saver and I am able to swim 20 minutes of freestyle without having to take a breathing break..
